Fresh Ingredients

All of our meats / veggies and baked goods are purchased just for your event. This frequency of shopping ensures that the ingredients that compose our dishes are as fresh as possible. We believe that the fresher the ingredients, the more flavor the dish holds. 

Real Wood Flavor

All our smoked meats our cooked to perfection with real wood, (Oak / Mesquite / Hickory / Cherry / Apple) absolutely no liquid smoke used here.
We spend anywhere from a few hours to 15 hours smoking our meats till they melt in your mouth!
