Our Famous "Original Good On Everything Sauce" and "Carolina Mustard Sauce" and New Hot G.O.E. sauce, are our own recipes and go excellent on ALL our Smoked Meats (if you actually need sauce).

We love to cook and eat, but one does not live on BBQ only! We also have Italian, Comfort food, Tex-mex and Seasonal Menus!
We're here to serve your needs

Drop-off Service:  Standard pricing
Just place your order and we'll deliver your food to you in recyclable Foil containers and you take it from there

Deliver & Setup:  $10  per chafing dish setup
We'll deliver to you before your event and setup disposable / recyclable chafing dishes with sterno fuel / or Ice for all your entrees and sides. Disposable serving spoons and tongs included. We leave, you party and you keep the chafing setups.

Delivery / Setup / Serve / and Strike - FULL SERVICE - custom pricing (buffet only)
We deliver and bring are fancy chafing dishes, setup and keep the buffet line stocked and clean.
We pack up your leftovers in containers you keep, and then we breakdown and clean up after the event.
